Rider Policy

Rules for riders who deliver with Society Kart. This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and the Partner Policy. Riders are independent and are not promised a fixed number of deliveries or earnings.

Joining

Apply in the app. You must be at least 18, hold a valid driving licence for your vehicle and pass verification. Keep your account details accurate and follow all traffic laws.

Deliveries

• Go online when you are available. Delivery requests appear in the app; you can hold up to 3 deliveries at a time.
• Collect the order from the shop, paying the shop for the items, and deliver it to the customer.
• Confirm delivery in the app, using the customer's 4-digit delivery code when the order has one. Never ask for the code before the customer has the order.
• Collect Cash on Delivery, or check the customer's JazzCash / Easypaisa screenshot before handing over the order.

Location and privacy

While you are on duty and the app is open, your location is shared so customers can follow their delivery. Location is not collected when you are off duty. Keep customer details confidential and use only in-app chat and calls; phone numbers are not shared.

Fees and earnings

• Platform fee: Rs. 30 per completed delivery, recorded separately from your delivery earnings.
• Your earnings screen shows cash collected, amounts paid to shops, dues and dues paid.
• When unpaid dues reach Rs. 500, you cannot take new deliveries until they are cleared.

Safety and conduct

Ride safely, wear a helmet, and report any accident or incident to support straight away. Never misuse customer information or payments.

Suspension and removal

Society Kart may suspend or permanently remove a rider at any time for breaking these rules or the law, for example: fraud, fake delivery confirmations, keeping or misusing customer money, unsafe riding, harassment, misuse of customer information, or unpaid dues. Serious violations can lead to immediate removal. Where possible the rider is told the reason and can respond through support. Dues already owed remain payable.
