What is Society Kart?
Society Kart is an app that connects residents with participating local shops, services, car vendors and delivery riders in their housing society.
Which areas are currently supported?
Society Kart is starting in PNWHS Bin Qasim, Karachi, Pakistan. More societies and cities will be added over time; the app only shows areas where service is available.
How can customers place orders?
Download the app, choose a shop, add items to your cart and check out. You can browse as a guest and sign in with email, Google or Facebook when you order.
What is the minimum order?
Rs. 500 of items per shop. The delivery charge is not counted towards this minimum.
What is the delivery charge?
Rs. 100 per order.
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery, or send the amount by JazzCash / Easypaisa to your rider's wallet and upload the screenshot in the order. The rider confirms the payment.
How can I register my shop?
Install the app and choose Become a partner in the Account menu, or send us a message through the contact form. Shops are verified and approved before they go live.
How can I apply as a rider?
Sign up in the app and apply as a rider. Riders are verified before they can take deliveries.
How does car booking work?
Choose your trip in the app and local car vendors send their offers. The app suggests a fare of Rs. 600 for up to 5 km and Rs. 150 for each started kilometre after that; the final fare is agreed in the app.
How do advertisements work?
Approved businesses can show a sponsored slide on the app's home screen for Rs. 100 per day, for up to 30 days. Every ad is reviewed before it goes live.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
You can cancel an order yourself within 60 seconds of placing it. After that, contact support from the order. Problems with items are reviewed case by case — see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
How can I contact support?
Use Help & Support in the app (the AI Assistant answers first and you can talk to a person), or send a message through the contact form on this website.
How can I manage notification settings?
Open Account → Notifications in the app to choose which notifications you receive. Your phone's own settings can also turn them off.
